Delete your Fifth Sun Rising account and data

This page explains how to delete your Fifth Sun Rising account and the data that goes with it. Fifth Sun Rising is published by DoubleNN Games.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

  1. Open Fifth Sun Rising and tap FRIENDS on the main menu.
  2. Tap ACCOUNT.
  3. Tap DELETE ACCOUNT, then YES, DELETE IT.

Your account is deleted immediately.

If you can't open the app, email us and include your Play Games gamer tag or Game Center nickname. If you only ever played as a guest (no sign-up), include the approximate date and time of your last match so we can find the right anonymous account.

What gets deleted

  1. Your account and sign-in details (the link to your Google Play Games or Game Center player ID)
  2. Your stored gamer tag / nickname
  3. Your friends list, friend requests and challenges
  4. Push notification tokens for your devices
  5. Your skill rating and game records
  6. Name reports and blocks you made, and any involving you

Nothing from your account is kept after deletion. Email requests are processed within 30 days. Deleted data can't be recovered, and the app will create a new anonymous guest account the next time you play online. Your Google Play Games or Game Center profile itself is managed by Google or Apple and isn't affected. If you're still signed in to it, the app will sign you in again and start a new, empty account; sign out of Play Games or Game Center first if you don't want that.
